CARLAD has developed a multitude of management reports using Oracle Cloud Control 12c/13c Reporting utilities. Reports include Server uptime, Database uptime, Tablespace usage, Audit alerts and Database compliance issues.

CARLAD has extensive experience in the conversion and loading of data into oracle databases, using SQL*Loader (both direct path and conventional methods), PL/SQL, and Pro*C.

CARLAD uses specific oracle monitoring tools and oracle native SQL to identify tablespace free space, table & index free space, insufficient space for temporary segments, rollback segments reaching maximum extents, tables unable to extend, fragmentation of data segments, improperly sized SGA areas and inefficient SQL which is either CPU or IO intensive.

Extensive use of Oracle Grid Control 10g/11g and Oracle Cloud Control 12c/13c is made to maintain patching levels for Oracle database binaries.

This will enable your critical systems to be monitored remotely, ensuring the RMAN backups are configured and completed successfully, and that your database and application environments are running normally. 

CARLAD will also apply any critical quarterly Oracle  binary patches and also provide technical advice you may require. Project work such as, upgrades and new installations, can be discussed and scheduled, as required.
